Orders
Any orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us according to availability of the products. We will use our best efforts to provide you with accepted orders at the expected delivery date in accordance with the Service Terms and Conditions, subject, however, to delays due to Force Majeure. Deliveries will be made to your indicated address.
Cancellation and changes to orders
Order placed cannot be canceled or changed.
Refunds or Exchanges
All items on the Service are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, damages or loss caused by Force Majeure Events or cause beyond our reasonable control. The expected delivery date shall be deemed automatically extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay under this provision.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
