Delivery Destinations
Due to the sensitive nature of our product, which requires temperature-controlled shipping, we currently accept online orders for delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.
Please note that, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we will not deal with or provide any services or products to any countries under OFAC sanctions.
Delivery Rates and Timings
Delivery is charged at a flat rate, as follows:
Dubai AED 20 per delivery
Abu Dhabi /Al ain / Fujairah AED 150 per delivery
Other Emirates AED 100 per delivery
Delivery is usually within 48 hours of your order (for orders placed before 3 PM); rush deliveries are possible but an additional fee may apply. Please contact us for rush deliveries.
Multiple Shipments
Please note that we will not group your order into multiple shipments; it will be sent when all products are ready to ship.
If you require multiple shipments, these can be provided upon request but will charged as separate deliveries.
Refunds / Returns
Items, once delivered, may not be returned.
